I hope there is a negative rating for these guys for the poorest customer service ever from booking a ticket to contacting a customer support consultant to endless email circles with their escalation team and the nodal officer who are of no help in sorting out any issues. No wonder they are rated the worst.

The OFFERS they show on BookMyShow is all scam. book 2 tickets 100rs off or anything. They naver actually proceed with any offer at the time of payment. You have toeaxtly pay the full amount shown + GST.

Guys, please be clear and concise with offers just scamming users into thinking that they're doing something wrong or what that they are not being able to avail any offers.

Bad experience with book my show. I booked 3 movie tickets, amount deducted from my account but tickets not conformed. Its more than 15 days till now amount not refunded, in spite of repeated complaints. pl. think before booking tickets.

Worst website to book tickets. Never book for snacks along with ticket booking as same facility may not be available at theatre. Also snacks prize are half at the theatre counters.

Very disappointed. I had bought a ticket for the Sonu Nigam concert today. Kept trying to join the concert after logging in and was repeatedly told that I had not purchased a ticket. I contacted help and Support and received no help of support from them. Will tell my friends to stay away from Digital concerts on Bookmyshow.

I dont have much choice, i book here. The service wise it is extremely good. The website works flawless. I always use this but when we are more than few then am a bit conscious of their convinience charge, I dont understand how their effort of booking increases with no of tickets? Paying ₹50+ for every ticket is a bit too much of convienience.

I booked my ticket for Mission Mangal. Really to much easy booking process.

Iam extremely disappointed that due to some typographical error from customer end and lack of system checks in bookmyshow confirmation process I feel my I have been cheated of my money by bookmyshow. How can bookmyshow send confimation to a number (703***476291) which is a invalid number since the country code of India is 91 and not 70. This is a basic system check, where error message must be shown for minor typographical error done by a customer. Hence my claim for refund is genuine and valid. If I do not get refund I will stop booking any ticket through bookmyshow.

Horrible service, the online layout of the booking site is facing the opposing direction from the screen. Do a proper layout before publishing a site
