HORRIBLE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE,..I booked two tickets in d mrng today.. For rampage at 11:30 ..but due to some emergency I could turn up on time.. And I was looking for a refund.. At least some amount..then I called their support desk..amd spoke Rohan.. He told they can not help as the movie is passed.. U guys shud understand.. If we all are booking the tickets to watch the movies.. Not to loose our money.. Trust me I'll never use ua website again and I'll tell to my all friends not to use ua website and app.. And trust me I don't care I lost rs 450 ..but u guys will also loose in future.. If u do this to us customer..

One Stop Shop for your Entertainment
Used BMS until I moved out of India. Very easy to use, always on their toes when it comes to discounts, and very user friendly mobile application. One stop show to understand what's happening in the city, and accordingly can one book and use. I highly recommend.

Failed transaction, no refunds..wreaks of collusion with paytm
I had recently booked two tickets for a movie on Bookmyshow.com.
While, there was a better offer on individual tickets than on multiple ones, I decided to book two individual tickets.
While one of them got booked in a jiffy, the transaction for the second one not only got failed but also the money was deducted from my paytm wallet.
On asking about the refund both the partners ,didn't accept the others claim. While paytm claims they have paid BMS , the latter say that they haven't received the amount.
I wonder, how many people they are cheating like this.
Thoroughly disappointed with BMS...
Shifting to fastticket website from now on.
