I joined Bookprofits at the end of 2023 and I'm so glad I did. I can't get over how much support this business gives you. From twice weekly help sessions from mentors that have built incredible businesses and are willing to share everything they've done to help you to the support from the team behind the scenes every time you need help or advice. The software that makes it all possible is fantastic and regularly updated to make this such an easy business to grow. I started earning a profit in month one and the profits just keep growing. There's extra training for a fee if you really want to scale up fast but at no time was I put under any pressure to do this and in sessions when new tools are offered again there is no pressure to have to buy in to it and you're told to run your business at a level that you can afford. Very grateful for finding Bookprofits!

Warning Based on My Personal Experience

I want to share my experience with this program to help others avoid making the same mistake. It starts with an upfront payment of $1,497, followed by a $149 monthly fee. This gives the impression that you’re fully equipped to start working, but that couldn’t be further from the truth.
Shortly after, they try to upsell you on a “mentorship” program for $9,000—which, in my case, turned out to be completely useless. On top of that, there are many other hidden costs they don’t tell you about upfront. I was involved in the program for about eight months and invested between $14,000 and $16,000 in total, not including dozens of books and additional materials.

The “guarantee” they advertise is highly unrealistic, as it requires you to invest even more money in inventory and other expenses just to meet the terms.
My honest advice: if you’re considering this kind of program, you might be better off taking your money to a casino—you’d have a better chance of seeing a return than working with these people.
I strongly advise against getting involved with this system.

I’ve read reviews on this site that are mostly awful. I, too was very skeptical about online business programs and would like to share a much better experience. I tried out two other programs that weren’t for me and it cost about $3,000.00 to learn that. When I found this one and after I worked through the filtering process, I felt that they were truthful and that the system worked. It was a leap of faith based on what I’d heard, some background research, and a willingness to pay to learn a modern version of business that would bring me joy and income. Mostly I wanted an occupation of my own. I’ve been doing it for a year and can tell you that it does work, because I work on it. I think many people don’t really have a good idea what running a business entails, and for some reason believe that “online” makes magic without work. Of course it takes money to invest and time to learn and mistakes to be made. I was corporate for 35 years, a real estate broker for 20 of those, a property manager of my own property for 23 of those and then retired. So I know that nothing is free, nothing is without work and nothing worthwhile is gained for $1.500.00, except maybe a lucky lottery ticket or entry to this comprehensive program. This company works non-stop, and has for at least ten years, to maintain and improve the software and the service it provides. Direct customer support is available all the time, and bi-weekly live coaching forums are included in any of the available packages. And if you’re up for it, you can sign up for one to one coaching. This is not plug and play and walk away, this is a set of software and shared experiences about how to make the best use of what is available. If I consider what I’ve learned so far and what I’ve accomplished I can tell you that if you want to profitably re-sell textbooks with Amazon, this is most likely the best way. Running the business, and that includes continuous investment and learning, is up to me. I’m very satisfied. I suggest you do what they say and do it every day for 3 months and then see where you are.

If you want to believe internet hype, that won’t help you. If you like to think and work, that will. I encourage you to go ahead- only if you’re ready to employ the effort to run a successful business. Honestly, you’ll be surprised if you do that. And proud, as I am.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Book Profit are people who charge you 1,497USD but they forget to tell you that you have to be in there program for 90 days & they forget to tell you that they will be charging you an extra 197.00 each month after that, before you can get your refund, how ridiculous is that. They are scammers!!!!!

Scammers! They lie about the free opportunity for one on one mentoring program. They will work directly with a select few who sign up. That’s BS. They want to make you buy such for $8,800 as an upgrade.
They say you’ll never be alone because they have this awesome Facebook group where veteran book sellers hang out willing to answer all your questions.
Plus the Vip email address you may use to ask questions and they’ll respond in 24 hours.
Not! And when they do, its a yes or no answer without explanation, just a repeat of the question you asked. So, you send a follow up question, they could have anticipated and provided answer to in the original email you sent. And it actually takes 2-4 days per question, so whatever momentum you’ve built up to get going before your credit card payments on the $1,500 membership fee must be paid, is quashed by their infuriating lack of interest in your success.
Which is contrary to the message delivered by Luke Sample in the 2021 “Live” webinar sales pitch where he manages to convince victims he’s offering the dream money making opportunity designed to cost you nothing if you follow the steps they teach. He includes a convincing double your money back guarantee to prove it.
Problem is, when you read the conditions you’re not informed enough to comprehend what they mean. For example, you must buy 2 books a day using their software, but it doesn’t produce lists of books that qualify as eligible, according to the guarantee specifications.
After three frustrating weeks, i click on an enticing video in the training area id not noticed before. This is when it became crystal clear they don’t want you to compete with them selling books, they’re just wasting your time researching for them so when you find a good deal, they buy it out from under you and it’s now unavailable for you to buy.
But, they are all too anxious to sell you another money making opportunity right there from inside the training area. This entire setup is a Bait and Switch advertising scam, and last I heard, that is illegal!

I was delighted with the people I have met who are in this organization. They offer choices in how to learn the business - from learn it yourself with some guidance to step by step mentoring for those who do not know. At the end of the day, it is YOUR Business and you simply are paying for the software use, which is invaluable. I just started and am projected to make $1,000.

This seminar doesn't seem to have the updated details about how some textbooks publishers "brand gate" their books and don't allow them to be sold by "third party sellers" such as individual book buyers and sellers. They want you to purchase a $1,500 software program and a monthly subscription fee. SCAM ALERT!!

These guys are a bunch of scammers and inappropriate idiots. They are very secretive about what they have and when questioned they take offense and blame the customer. I saw them as scammers since what they told me I'd have I didn't have and they couldn't handle the confrontation. They did not support me as a customer and backed their inappropriate support staff and then took me out of the program because they didn't like what I had to say. Beware is all I can say - they scam - Lie - and they don't back up their products or their customers. A TOTAL bunch of losers

I am sitting here watching a "live webinar" that I watched over a year ago, so this so-called "live webinar" is definitely NOT LIVE. I have raised my hand for the entire webinar with no response. I also used the chat feature and asked a simple question about whether the webinar was live, and how long I would have to wait for someone to acknowledge my raised hand. They told me not to raise my hand and ask my question in the chat (there is no group chat BTW, like a real 'live webinar', it is a message to one person), so I asked my question..."Is this a live webinar?" But they avoided the question and instead said, "The chat is live." This still didn't answer my question, SO I asked, "Is this a recording, and they replied, "Ask a different question." Ummm okay lol So I asked again if the webinar was live, and they said, "I already answered that." And then booted me out of the chat.

The "live seminar" they claim they are conducting is definitely NOT LIVE because it is the exact one from over a year ago. I actually gave these losers my money back then.

Don't make the same mistake I did!!

Their customer support is total garbage. Do not give these people your money!

The fellow doing the promotion, used to promote several other online income opportunities. If this was the real deal, then why would he keep switching AND preying on the good folks that are Christians? Scammer and liar!

So they take a long time to show you what's this is about. That uts free that there's a bonus that there's a program to start with dime people starting at 50 bucks.

I just wanted to give a shout out to BookProfits.
I signed up and went through the training and set my alerts. I didn't have alot of money so I asked friends and family if they had any books that I may have to get started.
In the beginning it was slow because Amazon sometimes makes it harder to start buying books. I sent in my "FREE" books and got started.
The first month I had $99 in sales. I ended the year with $25000 in sales. The money I made off of the free books I put right back into buying books.
They told you this was not a get rich quick program. I found out if I put in a few hours a day and listened to the previous recorded training sessions (there must be 100's of them) whenever I had a minute this whole thing came together.
Like any real business you are probably not going to make a ton of money in the beginning. Just remember that the money you put out for this business is usually tax deductible ( check with your tax person).
I made alot of mistakes and bought some bad books but now I see the light at the end of the tunnel. I can say I get a check from Amazon every 2 weeks that I use to buy more books.
I love this business- I set my own hours, I get real training from real coaches twice a week and everyone that is in support to answer my many questions are doing this business themselves - not reading an answer from a script.
I truly beleive I will make this my permanent income forever!!

Don't be fooled (like I was) by a connection to T Harv Eker either - it's 100% a scam.

2x money back is also a scam:
* the requirements to get your money back include having to make purchases from the software
* and those purchases must meet certain criteria
* HOWEVER, the software doesn't produce results that meet the money back criteria...

AND you don't know that til you start regularly searching for results in the software.

How to Minimise your Losses
BEST: if you've already paid for the software spend NO more money - you've just lost almost USD$1500 and they won't refund - STOP!
NEXT BEST: if you've lost both your almost USD$1500 AND spent more money buying books (outside the refund criteria) STOP! You're now down that book purchase amount too.

Their software to let you know if the deal is profitable may be auto-buying any book you find on sale before providing you with the answer re:profitability.

You can only load 1000 buying alerts - there are over 450,000 books that might meet the criteria... you are required to spend ANOTHER USD$1500 f9r unlimited book alerts... but why would you bother since the software produces zero results where the purchase price of a e.g. $99 book is available to buy for $30... and that’s a criteria to meet the money back offer...

Be aware of the hidden extra expenses for the Book Profit program!! Luke Sample,1 of the founders did a webinar presentation on his program showing amazing results, people achieving over $1,000,000 in sales in no time.
All they had to do was to follow his tools and training.
I paid $1497.00 to access the program and $197.00/month (after 30 days) to access it.
It looked simple, but ..... surprise, surprise !!!

The training(about 5-6 hours) is pretty basic and outdated. The videos were recorded in 2021 and 2022. Even the dashboard did not match the actual one. For $1497.00 they show a 2-year-old training. It´s like you are buying a 2024 car, but they delivered a 2022, although it looks similar. Very disappointing.
On the 1st week I was offered what they call an "Accelerator program", I had an hour-long conversation to find out that for the hefty $8800.00 I would have a one-to-one mentor for 6 months that would help to speed up the process to reach the million dollar club.
On top of this, they offered a Christmas special where I would get extra tools,3 packages from $1998.00 to $4998.00 !!
So my questions and conclusions: what did I get for the $1497.00 besides having outdated training videos, and some basic searching tools?
Unless you´re ready to spend the extra $$$$ and, if lucky, it will take you a LONG TIME to achieve what he showed in his presentation. And this is surely NOT GUARANTEED.
It´s like buying a Club membership and paying just the entrance fees without making a tour around the club.
Once you pay for the entrance, you start finding out that the club charges for the use of the swimming pool, the gym, and so on.

They also offer a double or money guarantee, which means you´d have to buy 2 books /day for 60 days, report this on Google Spreadsheet, and have these books sent to Amazon for up to 2 weeks. Then send all these reports for their analysis, open your Amazon Seller account to show sales, etc, etc. Then they´d deduct expected profit from sales, etc. They would do an audit of your business.
If everything is OK, you might get a refund, if you´re lucky.
Quite frankly, it´s a joke once you read the small prints before signing up. (unfortunately, I didn´t).
You end up at their mercy!

So, the bottom line is :
to be successful and make the money they show, you need to spend far more than the $1497.00 plus the $197.00/month.
Are you ready to pay another $4998.00 or an extra $8800.00 for one-to-one mentorship?
If yes, good luck. I am NOT.

Right now, all I have is a bad taste in my mouth and out of $1497.00 for being misled.

First, the entire Book Profits system is very well thought out and user friendly. And the training walks you through the process, every step of the way. The Support Staff is always spot on, with fast and concise answers, as they all do the business themselves. Add to that the twice weekly live help sessions and the private Facebook group and all of the available tools. They make it really easy to succeed.
