Wouldn’t use again
Not impressed with their customer service to be honest. They sent me a discount code which I applied to my order but when payment was taken it removed the code and the full amount was taken. I emailed them and they replied asking for the code and that they would apply it and refund the difference. I did so and heard nothing back, emailed them again a few days later and no response. It’s been a week now since I heard from them. Good choice of books but wouldn’t purchase from here again.
** Update**
After my review Books2door reached out and have corrected the issue I had. They refunded the difference plus a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. Great customer service after the original blip and will be happy to use in future as they really do seem to have the best range on the market.
