Books 2 Door Limited Reviews 

The delivery went good! I live in sweden. I bought 18 books all from the same series (warrior cats) and not in a bundle box these were separate. Only thing confusing with this process was understanding which app I was getting information from. Had to download first shop but rarely used that and then Bring sent me a message to download it. (A part off the process for living outside UK id assume) The books were in okay shape from the travel. the books had some small scratches (and two of the books had denting in the pages side so its still readable since it isnt on the page, just looks wonky on the outside), dust and markings on the spine edges but otherwise okey. Only thing thing i was mostly sad about was that the cover art on the sides was most likley missprinted/not connecting with the other books like they should (id assume because its not from the same printed batch/box bundle, but I wouldnt know since its my first time buying this series in this way). But I dont know if that is book2doors fault 😅 But id def buy again from them if I ever need to! It was very cheap even if I live outside UK and had to pay extra for delivery. Id say I got what I payed for 👍😋

They did what they could with me living so far away. And it was very much appriciated.

Usually have the best prices for complete series. Have used them a few times and never been disappointed with delivery time or condition of the books.

Books arrived in time and properly packed.
No damage and like described.

I ordered a book set of 12 for my daughter and the next couple of manga's in the collection my son is reading.

When the order came, everything was in good condition, however the 12 book set was book 1-6 twice instead of 1-12. I reached out to their customer service, unfortunately the set is no longer in stock so was offered a half refund for the missing books. Happily accepted. The issue was resolved within 3days of delivery

Some really educational and fun books for all ages. Prompt, friendly and efficient customer service and absolutely affordable prices!

Everything was Great

The two stars is for the good price point and initial quick delivery. So far, I’m disappointed and unhappy with my experience at shopping at Books2Door. This is the second time ordering from this retailer. It’s not looking like that there will be a third. I’m unable to get through to their customer service team via phone (0116 210 4294), after calling on 4 separate occasions during their advertised business hours. I have received 1 response so far, “We are extremely sorry to hear that you have received the item in an unsatisfactory condition. We want to make things right for you.” and crickets since then. Then haven’t explained how they want to make things right for how much this has inconvenienced me, other than a standard refund or replacement.

Upon inspecting the packaging for an educational toy for a 3 year old’s birthday gift, we noticed that the item has been repackaged, indicating this item is not the unused, brand new item we were expected.

I shared photos with them showing that the box has been resealed with new sellotape, only slightly covering the old sellotape and showing that the original seal was broken. The item itself is slightly bulging out of the box indicating it has been removed and repackaged.

The item is a birthday present, part of a fairly large order with Books2Door and I explained that I feel disappointed at the condition I’ve received this item in. I emphasised that no where in the online product description does it state i should expect to receive a used/not-new item. I’m waiting on instructions on how to send the item back for a replacement but I’ve not had any of my follow up questions answered, namely, why on earth was I sent a used item? From reading the other reviews here, it seems that things are good with Books2Door unless you have a problem that requires assistance of their customer service. If this was Ryman’s, Waterstones, or even Learning Resources (the toy brand) themselves, this would not have been my experience. This is sometimes the issue with shopping at smaller retailers/drop shipping sites, there is no real accountability and quickness to reach a resolution. I really would appreciate it if someone could get back to me today.
