Bookson Reviews

Rubbish! Haven’t received my order rip off!!!

I would give zero stars if it were possible. Ordered a hardcover book from this lot but was sent a link to an ebook instead. Clearly very misleading so I’d suggest not ordering anything from these unless it’s a link that you will be happy with. I contacted them to be told I had ordered an ebook.
It clearly states hardcover on the page that you order from. It’s a scam!

Bookson claim I ordered an ebook which is categorically untrue. I ordered a physical book. They also claim a link to download the book had been emailed to me, also untrue no such link was sent. Bookson took my payment and delivered absolutely nothing and refuse to issue refunds. I clearly have been scammed. Avoid Bookson.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Ordered a physical copy of a book. Recieved an email saying there was a download link however it was spelt (downlaod). Thought it was odd, reached out to their email address and never recieved a reply. My own fault for not doing my research first.

Disputed the payment with my bank who confirmed it was a scam. Advised I allow them to cancel my card that I used to pay for the item as the seller had saved my details!

I've learnt a valuable lesson, read reviews before you buy !!!! Yep, I've been scammed also, non existant book.
I hope they enjoy my £14......maybe buy something nice to eat and choke on it.

We ordered a book from this website. When I queried its non-delivery, I was told I had ordered an ebook. This wasn't the case.
I have now seen another review that says the same. Wish I'd seen it first.
The payment is listed as International on my bank account despite the website having a Bolton address.

Scam website, order a hardcopy and you get an ebook. They argue that is what you ordered, even in the face of absolute proof. Then they no longer respond. I have doubts the ebook is legitimate.

TOTAL SCAM! Do not use. Claim I ordered an ebook but I definitely ordered a hard copy.

I purchased a book online the website. No confirmation was received nor the item. After 2 weeks I tried to ring them on their given number but a recorded message said contact by phone was not possible only by email. My email response said that I had purchased an e book ( it was advertised as a hardcover book) and I should have received a voucher at the time of order. It looks like my experience is very similar to another review. I advise do not use this website

Do not buy from this website, I believe it is a scam.

I purchased a pre-order book selecting hardcover as the type. When the release date came and went I contacted them to ask about when it would be shipped. An AI bot replied insisting I purchased an e-book - which they haven't even sent me. Their published phone number has an recorded message to say they don't offer a customer service on the phone. I can only get a response from AI which is refusing to refund me. The company doesn't seem to exist in the UK despite having a UK address on the website, I think my payment went internationally.

Do not order from them!
