We’ve had Dish for a little over three years and then we saw the ad for Boost. I was hesitant because I didn’t know how our service was going be, but I knew that we could always cancel it and go back to T-Mobile. Well, I was pleasantly surprised! it’s like our service didn’t change except for the cost. We’re paying half the amount that we did with t-Mobile,

my calls take a lot of time to travel next door. They also have static on them. this happens all the time.

I had very horrible service for the last 3 months that I had boost mobile and it was only around my home which is in the CITY and when I discussed this with customer service I had very horrible experience and they insisted they were fixing it and fixing it after many calls to customer support and them resetting my phone saying that it's been fixed and that someine went out somewhere to fix something and nothing changed. I could not use my phone at all at home. There was nothing being done.

I’m doing fine with my phone- no dropped calls and don’t have to worry about paying with auto- draft and the extra credit y’all give towards our bill! Thank you very very much! Keep up the good work.

I have had boost mobile for almost 2 years, the switch was great & easy. I saved about $15 a month since. My service is Perfect, I never have any issues. Living in a very rural area good coverage is imporrtant. The 1 time I had to contact them, they were eager to help, and my phone was fixed so quick!! Love Boost Mobile!

15 years with them how? Someone else paid my bill each month. I just started dealing with them for the first time ever in 15 years find me one person who speaks English! I challenge you!!!! You won't!!!

It is very reliable no matter where we are, we are connected. The signal from Boost seems stronger than AT&T inside our metal barndominium.

Their payment extension is a scam. If you pay a portion of your bill, you are supposed to get a credit, but over the past three months I have been paying an extra $10 on my bill. I called to ask about this after paying $20 on a $70 bill today 3 days ago, and the representative said I needed to pay the full $70 in three days to avoid being shut off. It should only have been $50. They finally added a $10 credit, but where is my credit for the previous 2 months. Plus their automated system is a nightmare to try to get through to a representative. We will probably keep the service as it is economical and the cellular service is good, but I will try to avoid the payment extensions going forward. Plus the rep offered no apologies for the issue.
