I buy from boots a lot on line. I always get it delivered and my choices and amount usually get me free delivery. I find it a satisfactory service as it means I don’t have to find parking in a busy town. I buy multiples of each item I use regularly and enough to ensure free delivery.

Misleading offer on CeraVe products so didn’t get the discount I was expecting, the staff member told me why which didn’t make sense, so after purchasing my items I went & took a photo of the labels so I could look closer when I got home only to find out that if the staff member had understood the offer correctly, I could have benefited from £10!!! Tried to get in touch to complain (Bank Holiday weekend) extremely difficult & when I was about to send off my explanation it wanted my boots card details. I went to my Wallet to get it & when I returned it lost everything I’d typed out!!!! Complete waste of time. I’d also purchased the NeilMed nasal wash kit & the offer of a free product inside was out of date. Double whammy!!! Not a happy bunny that weekend 😅

I placed an order on the 11th May for delivery. I got charged twice on my card. Contacted boots customer service and received one email back to say they want more info which was the same as the info in the first email. Since then no other correspondence. So bad that it takes them so long to get back to a customer.

I have 2 small stores near me, but if I visit, I can guarantee that all the items I want, will not be in stock. If I want several items, I shop online. It's accurate & is sent out quickly. That's about once a year, otherwise I just visit either store to keep it open.
