I was dealt with very thoughtfully. My concerns were addressed and at the end of the 3 month period I upgraded my hearing aids to the to of the range. I have only had them for a week but so far I am happy to have made this decision.

Recently I booked an appointment at Boots Hearing Centre in Banbury and I was extremely fortunate enough to be seen by Muthu Raj. He has been absolutely brilliant, so helpful, kind, patient and very understanding, an amazing health care professional.

After having a negative experience with a well known hearing centre, I was slightly nervous but I needn't have worried. Muthu put me an my ease by taking the time to listen. He carried out an extension hearing test, explaining each step in a calm and very knowledgeable way.

I have had further follow up appointments with additional hearing tests which helped determine the full extent of my hearing loss. I am now at the stage of wearing my new hearing aids which have honestly completely changed my life and given me my confidence back to enjoy life again.

It doesn't stop there because the aftercare service is wonderful, you never feel on your own.

I would highly recommend Boots Hearing Centre.
