Finally someone listened.
The audiologist had read and taken note on the questionnaire submitted when booking appointment. I felt the hearing test and questions was very thorough and test results explained very well. My last hearing aids supplied by others just made things louder but my hearing didn't improve. My new ones (boots) are life changing
