Ayesha was so helpful every step of the way. She explained every part of the hearing test, was very patient and made the whole process informative and interesting. Lots of information given with the results and how each ear was affectDed. Explained each available hearing aid and what they could do in all situations. Taz in Bromsgrove talked me through everything that would happen. I have had my hearing aids now for 2 weeks, and it lovely not to be continuously saying pardon, or what did they say whilst watching TV. Very Happy.

Audiologist was patient and explained…
Audiologist was patient and explained everything I needed to know. She clarified anything I was unsure of. When I collected my hearing aids I did not feel rushed and only left when I felt confident.I went in on the off chance the following day to to ensure I was fitting them correctly. She watched me and agreed all was well. Well done Taz.
