Canterbury hearing test today was really easy to access on line to book and then to experience in person. The appointment was available almost immediately which really surprised me.
Holly Williams the audiologist was professional, reassuring and efficient. She was also friendly and explained her findings in very simple, clear and easily understandable language,
It was revealing to discover the condition of my ears which I had not suspected but which explained the problems I have on aeroplanes.

I’m 21 and work in healthcare I was diagnosed with hearing loss around a year ago though mild hearing loss it effects how I’m able to care for my patients,the boots hearing care staff where mindful of my age but not discriminatory in considering the difficulty hearing loss of any degree would effect my job they where kind and professional and able to help me unlike there competitors.

Such a lovely store, jade the manager from NO7 was super helpful she done a skin analysis on me and suggested the skincare I needed really helpful!

The hearing specialist that my husband saw was excellent. We were both apprehensive about the process for different reasons but our minds were out at rest with clear advice and a hearing test trail to show how much a hearing aid could enrich my his husbands quality of life

It was easy to book a 15 min consultation online.
Which was followed by a 1 hour consultation in which my audiologist was very professional and made me feel comfortable.
They understood my needs and was not pushy at all.

We had two sessions with the audiologist and with a healthcare professional, both of which were very thorough. It enabled us to make a decision on the type of hearing aid to choose for my mother.

Having previously had a hearing test and quotation from a really nice young lady at Boots Canterbury, I had a return appointment to ask further questions and place an order. This time I had an appointment with a gentleman. He was equally as knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and only too pleased to answer all of my questions. So far my experience with Boots Canterbury audiology department has been first class. I am now awaiting my new hearing aids which I collect next week, when I then get a 90 day period to get used to them or a full refund if not compatible.

Great clarity on the choices and answers to all my questions. The market for hearing aids has become very diverse but you need a gold standard like Boots to ensure you are buying wisely.
