Reliable, professional and caring service
Fantastic audiology review, with a thorough reassessment and focused advice regarding self care. Sam is a supreme professional.
Although this is a national franchise, the quality of service feels like an independent and customer focused business - from checking in through to assessment and feedback.
Pleased to say that it also seems much easier to get through by phone than it has done for the past few years.
