Recent purchase of hearing aids
I recently had more than one appointment about my hearing. At the first one on 27 February, I had a full review of my hearing loss history and a test. I tried out the latest Phonak Hearing Aids. I was given clear and full information on their operation, follow up services and appointments if purchased, prices and methods of payment for different products. A few weeks later I made a purchase. And a few weeks later I had a first review appointment. The audiologist, Kelly, was kind, provided clear information and was extremely efficient. I am, still at an early stage, very happy with these hearing aids purchased at a better price than at two other suppliers I visited.
