Booked a full hearing test,this was carried out very professionally. I felt totally relaxed throughout. Test proved that my hearing was inpared the audiologist input my details into a test pair of hearing aids and allowed me to walk around the branch and out side,the difference was mind blowing. I could not believe that my hearing was so limited. I purchased a pair of Phonak Audeo, returned to the store two hours later to pick up my new hearing aids. I write this a very happy Easter Bunny!!!!!!!

After booking initial assessment
After booking initial assessment, appointment was cancelled by Boots Hearingcare. No explanation, just advised to rebook. This happened again twice before I managed to get the hearing screening completed. The actual assessment and the Audiologist were both excellent. Advised to book for a more detailed 75 minute assessment, which I did. This appointment has just been cancelled for the 3rd time!!!! Again no explanation just rebook. Message did say we will ring you ......still waiting! I even tried another branch but the cancellation still happened. So 4 months on from initial contact no further forward. I chose boots for its normally good reputation, but the name/COMPANY IS BEING LET DOWN BY THIS SERVICE!

First class hearing test
The lady explained everything to me about the hearing test and after the test she explained the results, she then fitted a hearing aid for me too experience and told me that I could upgrade within the 90 day trial if I wanted a better hearing aid.

Very good service

I am trialing two new hearing aids but…
I am trialing two new hearing aids but not with much success.
After several visits to the Doncaster clinic and testing several attachments. The left aid has failed on a couple of occasions and is not working at all.
Trying to get after care during the early period is virtually none existent. So what happens when your guarantee runs out. Probably nothing !!
By the way the service call line costs a fortune to use
