Boots Hearingcare - Maidenhead Reviews 

I visited the Boots store in Maidenhead on 31st July 2026, at approximately 8:38 am. Upon entering, I approached a staff member wearing a light blue polo shirt to ask for assistance. Unfortunately, I found her guidance unhelpful, as she simply gestured toward a corner of the store without further explanation, leaving me unable to locate the product I needed.

Fortunately, I then had the pleasure of being assisted by a colleague named Emma. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout, taking the time to guide me to the right products for my needs. Thanks to her expertise, I left the store with five items, having originally intended to purchase just one. Emma’s friendly, bubbly manner and strong product knowledge made a real difference to my shopping experience. She also kindly reminded me to use my Boots card when I asked her to serve me at the till.

Overall, while my initial interaction was disappointing, the service I received from Emma more than made up for it. I will certainly be returning to this store, and it was refreshing to be met with such a warm, welcoming attitude.

I've been using Boots in Maidenhead now for many years and the service has been second to none. Harry has looked after me so well dealing with ear tests,settings and repairs when necessary I cannot recommend him enough.

Harry! He was lovely at Maidenhead

My hearing test was sympathetically carried out, during which I learnt a lot about the hearing process and how hearing aids facilitate better hearing.

Harry was so kind, friendly and explained all that would happen during the various tests. I felt very reassured that his advice was genuine and he talked me though the choice of hearing aids being mindful of my budget.
I really recommend Harry

The audiologist was very polite, empathetic and professional in his approach. Always happy to help with my hearing issues and willing to arrange short notice appointments if needed, to help resolve any problems. It is always a pleasure to see him as he makes you feel welcome and at ease. He is always very attentive to my needs and understand these from my perspective.

Harry Bevan, what a true asset for Boots Hearingcare - having finally managed to persuade my 84 yr old mother that she needed some assistance with her hearing, Harry made her feel incredibly comfortable and walked us through a really thorough process of evaluating her hearing, NOT selling to us, but giving clear and concise advice!!

Harry was very good and genuine

Harry was extremely helpful and explained everything clearly. Very pleased.

My assessment took c90 mins - I was expecting this. Harry was friendly, reassuring & very thorough - he gave me a good understanding of my problems & how best to address them - offered a range of solutions & gave me a trial run with my choice. In practice this is working well for me - my hearing is better & I'm learning how to adjust the aids in use. Follow up has been arranged & I feel well supported - all good!

Hearing Test conducted in a very thorough and professional manner with specialist equipment. The outcome was clearly explained and I have confidence in the process and the outcome. It highlights the need to check my hearing and the solutions suggested I have adopted which will improvement my quality of living.

I honestly can't fault the service I received from harry at maidenhead. He was friendly and everything I expected and more in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Because private hearing aids are so expensive, I looked at 3 different companies and audioligists. Boots with harry as audioligist was by far the best. And I'm am very happy with my hearing aids
