Hearing Assesment
From the first meeting I was made to feel welcome and all my questions were answered with understanding and clarity. I was shown all the different types of hearing aids and the pros and cons of each explained. Once my hearing aids arrived I was shown how to link them to my phone and given a few hints and tips. I feel very pleased with the service I received.

The lay staff opened on time and were both helpful and courteous.
The audiologist was extremely knowledgeable and very informative in a way I understood. She explained everything that she was about to do and the reason for it. She then explained the findings and made suggestions about the best hearing aids and loss management for my particular problems. I was then invited to try the aids outside, which I did.
I am very much looking forward to collecting my aids next week.
