All my appointment visits have been great. Sadly this has been let down by my having ear impressions done on 10th July and I have still not been called to have them fitted. Really struggling at work now.

Hearing in right ear has been compromised by the wax removal. No change after 10 days.
Can the situation be reversed, before I consider a hearing aid?
