There’s no great improvement for the price of the hearing aids. I will be returning them at my next appointment

Excellent customer care and after care support.
From the very first appointment the customer care was excellent. The emails that arrive have been full of helpful hints and tasks to support me in becoming more acquainted with first time hearing aids. The follow up appointments are so supportive .

Boots audiology service …
The audiologist at my local Boots (Sian) has put me completely at ease with getting to grips with my new hearing aids. It’s quite daunting initially as I knew nothing about the options available and she patiently talked me through the different brands and price ranges. The hearing aids are more expensive than I was expecting, but with a bit of patience and guidance from my Boots audiologist, I’m sure it will be money well spent.
