Saffiyah was very patient with my mum, Susan Forman and we collect her new aids on Monday so hoping they will make a difference to her life.

Very thorough and comprehensive explanation of what I needed to know about my hearing and the options open to me, everything was explained in great detail

the examination was thorough and proved my hearing had deteriorated. My new hearing aids were much better than my previous ones.

Audiologist was very professional. Polite and courteous. She listened to my needs and explained everything well. At no time did I feel pressured to buy from Boots. She help me make the right choice for my needs. At the present time I have only had the aids a few days but at the moment I feel that I am hearing much better. A good experience.
