Boots Hearingcare - Taunton Reviews 

I rang today for an appointment for my husband.
He is having problems with feed back in his hearing aids. I spoke to a very nice lady but the first appointment, that was available was for the 13th November.
When we get to the appointment the audiogists are very good. The hearing aids are expensive and the aftercare should be better. If you are deaf and you have a problem with the hearing aids a month is too long to wait.

The hearing test was free (not much is these days), the audiologist was very polite and professional.

The 2nd test free, great advice and I got to try out a hearing aid so I could understand the difference.

Really good experience overall

After using the excellent service at Boots Hearingcare Taunton for the last 8 years or so I have changed audiogist purely due to the high prices for hearing aids now charged by Boots. I was about to upgrade to the new Phonak Infinio sphere 9 until I discovered the same aids with the same support £1000 less !

Audiologist was very supportive, gave me all the information I needed and was pleasant, giving my confidence a boost in starting to wear a hearing aid.

A very friendly welcome. My audiologist was wonderful- friendly, really caring and informative. I was given clear and helpful information. I could see a progressive plan. I am so very grateful for all the care and help that I was given and feel excited that I will be helped. Thank you so much

Our audiologist. She was so kind,caring, so informative and made the whole experience so relaxing and reassuring. The experience was so good for the family as well especially my partner and I only wish I had come along a lot sooner.

The Audiologist gave me all the information I needed and answered all the questions I asked.
Everything was explained and their was no hard sell.

the hearing aid rep could not have been more helpful she was very accomodating to all the questions we asked and a great help setting up the hearing aid

Hearing aids and service fine but feel the 15min appointment is not long enough for when you first try your hearing aid certain things was not explained, probably the staff is also rushed by this very tight timing of 15 min

Boots have just cancelled my 1st hearing test appointment on the morning of the test, for the second time. This follows having 3 eye test appointments cancelled on the morning of the test so had to go elsewhere. The hearing test is particularly annoying as they suggest bringing someone with you. My Wife therefore had to take a days holiday and we had to arrange for someone to look after our dogs at a cost of £20 each time. Cancelling once I can understand, twice would be unfortunate but five times in a row? There is clearly something very wrong with the management of this company.

I saw Yingmei who was very welcoming and professional. She always asked if I had any questions, but she explained everything very clearly. Boots Hearing Aids are a beautiful fit and comfortable so much so, I am not aware they are in my ears albeit, I can hear so clearly.
