The fitting was very thorough taking me through everything I needed to know

Friendly but very professional staff

Audiologist knew about my hearing problems and those of my Husband; we had a good discussion about how to deal with my hearing loss and maybe we will have improved it…we shall see . Surveys like this are really not very helpful-you have a great team in Boots Warminster who are welcoming and knowledgeable.

I had everything explained fully to me, from the tests I had and the outcomes. Then about the hearing aids on offer and suitability for my personal hearing loss.

My new hearing aids seem to be superior to the NHS ones I had previously and I'll get regular follow up appointments to keep me "tuned up". Expensive yes, but what price being able to converse and interact with others ?

Coupled with a very professional approach to my needs he demonstrated a usage of the hearing aids and was receptive to my needs as a customer. First class attention was given at a number of meetings from introduction to purchase and the promise of future consultation or problem. I thought the audiologist, Nitto Thomas, clearly knew his subject inside out and was keen to make me aware of exactly what I could expect from wearing a hearing aid. He left it entirely up to me which one I chose by simply stating the facts so a I could understand what I needed to know. I trusted him.
