I shopped in here this afternoon and I found the older lady the tills to be quite rude. I want to use my rewards to cover some of my bill and she starts saying you can’t use it to pay all the bill. I don’t remember asking anything like that. And then a blonde lady on the shop floor. Don’t ever apply to be a security guard because you’re crap at it. I could see her at the corner of my eye everywhere I went she did.

Boots hearing service
My husband has been unwell for a while and going to boots for the problem. He was treated with respect and he was not cohered to buy a certain hearing aid. Unfortunately my husband passed away but he hadn’t had the hearing aid long less than 90 days and I was given a full refund.

The ladies that did my hearing test and the fitting of my hearing aids were very helpful and explained everything extremely well.

The computer went down within 5 minutes…
The computer went down within 5 minutes of appointment. This took nearly 20 minutes to fix, so instead of the appointment lasting 70 mins, it lasted 2hrs 30mins approx.
Both the Audiologist and her colleague were efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.
