The appointment was, as ever, great. Sian is efficient, effective and knowledgeable. Not only does she give you confidence in the service with these traits, she also is personable and good humoured which means I won't be going anywhere else.

I feel very disappointed with the level…

I feel very disappointed with the level of service that I received. I have been wearing Phonak hearing aids for years and at my annual review was told that Boots’ software would no longer support my aids, so you agreed to a new pair. The first and second pairs were returned because the sound quality was nowhere near as good as my old Phonak aids. I was finally offered a pair that I was assured were a good match but they are awful, I give up! Do I return these as well and come across as an awkward customer? 😵‍💫

This was my first hearing aid

This was my first hearing aid experience. Everything was explained to me clearly from the test to the options I could buy. I wasn't rushed and any questions I had were answered. I was able to trial a hearing aid to see how I felt. When I picked up my hearing aid I was shown how to put it in, change filters ect. I'm very happy with my hearing aid and would recommend using boots hearing care as I felt they really did care.

A very positive experience

Mevish was extremely helpful and took her time to explain everything to us. At no time did we feel under pressure to buy- we were able to come to that decision ourselves having had everything carefully explained.

It was really 4.5.

It was really 4.5 but, not possible to indicate that and nobody is work 5 stars! The man who did the testing was very patient with a difficult customer (not me!).

Boots appointment system (rate them as 3 star) has now twice made a hash of the appointments. The actual date was 20/05/2026, not as shown below!
