I have been extremely impressed with the care and attention I have received from Alissa regarding my hearing aids. She has been professional, friendly and incredibly helpful throughout.

At my follow-up appointment, Alissa took the time to fully understand my requirements, listened carefully to my feedback and made the necessary adjustments to ensure my hearing aids were working comfortably and effectively. She also made sure I understood how to look after and maintain them properly, explaining everything clearly and patiently.

Nothing was too much trouble, and I never felt rushed during my appointment. It is reassuring to receive such a personal and attentive service from someone who genuinely cares about getting things right for their patients.

I was very sceptical to change my NHS hearing aids but after having the test and talking to Riddhi and trying out the Boots hearing aids I am over the moon. I can hear , converse to a degree I never thought possible.

A good appointment system and structured in a way that does not feel like you are rushing into a decision regarding preference on hearing aid.
These are expensive decisions to make on the wallet but a fair approach in selling the item

Riddhi is a superb member of staff who has been excellent in every way. She has helped sort out my hearing aids when I was worried about them falling out. Riddhi has been so patient and understanding and is a credit to Boots Audiology.

The audiologist Alissa was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The test itself was excellent. As a hearing aid user for a number of years I was very impressed.

I was very impressed by the audiologist that I saw. I had no intention of buying hearing aids if I needed them; however, I did need them and the difference wearing the aids was amazing. So I bought the hearing aids and I’m a new women and not always saying, “sorry what did you say “ 🙄. I can wholly recommend this particular Boots for a hearing check 😀

A carefully thought through, well-planned and effective area. Both specialist and support staff are uniformly excellent. The upselling was the only potentially awkward part of an otherwise slick operation, but I was prepared for this. I got excellent equipment that restored my hearing and did not damage any bank manager’s sanity. Well done Boots!

Ruddhi at Derbion derby was really helpful and understanding and as made me feel confident to wear hearing aids.

What a lovely experience I had with Rhiddi, she made me feel comfortable and gave me her full attention. Anything I wasn't sure about she made sure I understood.

A very thorough test, with clear explanations throughout. When I decided I couldn't afford the hearing aids I felt were best for me, the consultant, Alissa Amin, contacted me with advice and sent me the test results.

Had ear wax removal on Friday, Cameron was very kind and patient, I was nervous and he put me at ease. Would definitely recommend.

I came in for a standard test with no idea that I needed hearing aids.

Riddhi was so helpful and explained everything as we went through the process. I ordered them and a few days later I went back in to collect them.

I’ve had a two week catch up appointment and Riddhi was great again, we increased the volume and she added the app to my phone.

I would recommend Boots and Riddhi to anyone needing a hearing assessment, very happy with the service, follow ups and support.

Reassurance given was a great help. Professional and helpful advice from Rob who saw me without an appointment. He carried out the test and calmly reassured me about the results, explaining what they mean and laying out a way forward. I recommend them without hesitation
