Full Hearing test and hearing aid trial

The actual appointment, once it wasn't cancelled, was very good, thank you. I am, however, slightly concerned about the fact that I seem to receive letters from you about how you are looking forward to meeting me two days after the appointments were scheduled. Please go and wake up your admin person, lol

Very good service

Very attentive, explained everything in detail. Made a second appointment which was confirmed by text and email. The hearing aids have made such a difference and I have a follow up appointment for continued care.

Professional and friendly service.

As always, a really professional and informative visit at Fosse Park, Leicester. It’s really nice to have continuous care, and Faatima is so friendly and knowledgeable, always providing lots of relevant advice and information.

Routine Hearing Test

I booked a routine hearing test as I felt that my hearing was not as acute as it was and had recently had my ears micro suctioned, so felt it would be an ideal time.
The Audiologist Sanah, was very kind and professional and made me feel at ease. She also explained everything thoroughly.

Emergency with hearing aid

Popped in , no appointments, as my hearing aid was broken. Lovely young man, Shebin Joseph, made time to see me. He replaced the wires in my hearing aids and showed me how to fit the new filters when necessary. He was so kind and helpful and meant that I didnt have to go to Milton Keynes branch.

Don't waste your time

Don't waste your time. Signed up for and attended a hearing test at Oxford street branch. When I arrived the audiologist told me I couldn't have a hearing test because I had wax in my ears. I asked if he could remove the wax (was happy to pay) or do the test anyways and he said no. Why they couldn't advise on the website that this was a possibility is beyond me.

Excellent service

Katyana is a pleasant interviewer and capable. Understands what if any problems there are with my hearing aids. Always professional and knowledgeable. It is nice to see other clients responses after an appointment with her especially when they say their appointment was superb. I feel I am in good hands, thank you
