BAD SERVICE!
Ordered a clothes which were needed quickly. Paid to have them delivered within 1-2 days and opted to collect from Ombud 5 minutes away from me. Had a message today to say to say the package was delivered to a different Ombud 45 MINUTES drive from me!!!!? Never ordering from Boozt again.

Highly recommend
I order from Boozt regularly, there is always a big selection of products, good deals and good customer service. The delivery time is usually quite short and returns are handled quickly as well.
Recently I had an issue with my return order where one of the products was not refunded but the other 2 were. And customer service handled the case quickly and without any problems, so I received my full refund a couple of days after I contacted them.

I have ordered clothes
I have ordered clothes, shoes, sneakers, bags, ... for myself and my daughter several times and the goods I have purchased are excellent. I definitely recommend them. I even bought boots that were too big once and the return of the goods went without any problems.

I never got my order
I never got my order. After 12 days I got instructions on how to return the package I mistakenly got and that I would then get a refund. I was told that I would need to order everything again myself but items had been sold out by then. Was offered 14 euros compensation on my next buy. Mistakes can happen but I'm very disappointed on how it was 'resolved'. Just wanted to get the things I ordered and paid for.
