The helpdesk is the greatest, I needed it a few times (not because the website is unclear but because of me) and they respond super fast, are really patient and nice and their help is amazing. Best helpdesk ever! My package arrived in 2 parts, probably my own mistake I think, but both arrived in a few days. Faster than I expected! The condition of them was also fine. So I'm really happy with Borderlinx!

At first, I was very nervous about using Borderlinx because of the reviews I was reading online. I decided to try them anyway because I REALLY wanted these shoes that were completely sold out here in the USA. I'm so glad I did!!! I received my shoes in 2-3 days via DHL (I ordered them from Italy). Tracking was provided as soon as the order was shipped to me. I am so happy. The process was super easy! I will definitely recommend Borderlinx to my friends. Thank you BorderLinx! I have my beautiful shoes....YEAAAAA!!!

Being in Canada, it is sometimes cheaper to order from the States. I'm glad Borderlinx is available for things that just can't be shipped to Canada.

Almost 2 weeks now since i ordered from Amazon,
Parcels were delivered to Borderlinx on Thursday and Friday,
Now it is Monday but even no available for shipping,
Rates are faulty, Cost calculator has to be multiplied by 3,

You have to take care of the parcel value, i had a product of 14 $ and they estimated 50$ " Although invoice is attached"
Another product of 9 $ which they estimated 24 $ " Based on What"!

Result, Product shipping value is much higher than estimated,
Shipment will be delayed,
You will enjoy having new friends as you will call the customer service 4 5 times a day.
How the hell is possible to have warehouses closed for 2 days a week ! i addition to 2/3 days received product + 3 4 days of processing shipment !! .

I had unpleasant CS communication recently. when 4 different advisors provided 4 different types of information. Shipment was lost of 2 weeks and arrived very late.

Trustworthy and staffs were really helpful at addressing any concerns I had regarding my parcel. The only problem I had with was with the shipping rate and the weighing feature they had that I found to not have been helpful at all and I ended up paying an amount that was a lot more than what I had purchased online.

Easy to use and shipping was really quick.
Would ship again with borderlinx.

Packages after being opend by Borderlinx are not closed perfectly (even when you don’ Ask dor repackaging service) they start beautiful and arrive so so...

Good Service and Quit delivery. But a bit expensive .........

Smooth process, easy to use, and fast. Just not as affordable as some other options, but you get what you pay for.

Should be flexible to repack non fragile item in original packing to help reduce cost of shipment. E.g.. shoe, and apparel.

n the past their service was excellent, but now I'm annoyed I have three lost consignments and I asked them to pick up the shipment and then change the address in the same city but the reply came by refusing the request on the grounds that all their warehouses had been closed
