Cooler has been amazing! Have been using for couple years now. Great to plug in and stock during the week and take camping on weekends. Cooler stays outside all weekend allowing easy, cold, drinks accessible outside. Works great plugged into the vehicle on long drives. I bought an extra cord to keep one at home and one at our full time camp.
Easy to change temps via app.
Lids do seem to get some wear, requiring one to double check it closes, and the cutting board doesn't like to stay put.

Solar panels are awesome for my travel trailer. Pay attention to the type of adhesive that is needed, it's very important if you want them to stay down. Secondary anchoring is also advised.
Great product, will be using these on my pontoon house boat build. Woohoo

It is nice to be able to set the units on separate modes and to review/change settings on the phone app. We are happy with our new fridge/freezer and delighted not to be dealing with ice and all the plastic associated with it.

The folding solar panels work great and are easy to deploy. Exceptional quality! Have left out in the rain and still work perfect. Thank you bougerv for your great products!

It wouldn’t cool my sleeper on my semi truck

Purchased a Rover2000 power station from BougeRV. The Rover2000 would not power my fridge. I was skeptical about contacting BougeRV via emaiI to resolve the problem, but they were truly responsive, easy to understand, and sincere in their responses. I thought BougeRV was just another Chinese company without good quality or service, and was not interested in resolution - I was wrong. They came through with flying colors. BougeRV came up with a resolution to the Rover2000, 100%. BougeRV is certainly a reputable company that I put up there with Bluetti, EcoBatt, GoalZero and others. I would not hesitate to purchase another product from BougeRV. They are top tier.

Order shows I ordered a 55QT version 3.0 but was sent a Version 2.0 and they are refusing to fix the issue.
Edit…I asked for a copy of my order showing I purchased a 2.0, they can’t saying it’s discontinued. If a newer model is set to be released why wasn’t there any information provided or deep discount offered on older models? The price for either Version is the same. They offered a partial refund ($50) after I submitted my review saying they believe this is reasonable.., Why would you call this Version 2.0 a dual zone fridge/freezer when you can’t set left zone lower than the right side? The left zone is smaller which is ideal for a freezer. I asked for the Version 2.0 advertising info and yet again they can’t provide that. If I would have read about this issue I would not have purchased it because you use the fridge more than the freezer. My last response from BougeRV came thru Trustpilot.com and not BougeRV.

I’ve been extremely impressed with the BougeRV New Rocky V3.0 55QT Dual Zone fridge. For the price, this thing performs like a premium overlanding refrigerator that should cost twice as much.

Cooling speed is outstanding. From the moment I powered it up, both zones dropped to temp far faster than I expected. Even when loaded with room‑temperature drinks and food, it reached my set temperatures quickly and didn’t struggle or cycle excessively.

Temperature accuracy is rock‑solid. Once it hits the target temp, it stays there. No big swings, no warm spots, and no over‑cooling. Whether I’m using one side as a freezer and the other as a fridge, or running both as fridge zones, it maintains the exact temperature I set — even in Florida heat.

Build quality and value are excellent. The metal construction feels rugged and durable, and the dual‑zone layout is perfect for road trips, camping, or keeping drinks and frozen items separate. Considering the performance and features, the price is extremely competitive compared to other brands.

Overall, the Rocky V3.0 has exceeded my expectations. Fast cooling, stable temps, and great value — highly recommended for anyone needing a reliable 12V fridge/freezer for travel or overlanding.

Purchased this frig/freezer for two purposes - one to bring frozen food with me to Florida’s from NJ in car - worked perfectly - kept food frozen all the way - even over night with engine off! Then placed on fly bridge of boat for soda and beer - in 90 degree heat kept all cold at 34 degrees no problem!!! Love this frig/freezer - shipped fast and packaged well - only issues is I should have ordered the battery as a backup just in case of power loss - highly recommend this product don’t hesitate to purchase.!!!
