I got the product and the digital…
I got the product and the digital readout on the front had an issue so it shows a bunch of everything and cant be used. Thankfully, I can use the pat to set it, got ahold of customer service to get a enw screen, but it never arived. or an offer for a new product to replace the obviously not quite working one.

My camping power supply did not arrive…
My camping power supply did not arrive with a wall AC charger. Had to order this separately. When the AC charger arrived, it would not charge my new system. Tech support was quick and polite and told me a simple trick to get it going. No problems since. Runs my laptop all day. Nice unit. I do recommend it.

Went Camping May 15th through the 21st. We did freeze all our meats bacon, hamburger patties, hotdogs, and hash browns. It worked great. It did consume more energy being in freezer mode.

Great experience. Great products. Great support staff. When I needed to do a return they were quick, courteous and friendly. For me Bougerv checks all the boxes. I highly recommend their products and will definitely buy again. In fact I have camp lights and solar panels in my cart right now.

I am satisfied with my experience with Bouge, there was damage on one of the solar panels 200w cig thin tape. Bouge produces was willing to work through that situation to my satisfaction. The solar panels I purchased have lived up to my expectations and work better than I anticipated in overcast weather producing more charging than expected. I did use gorilla tape around panels to help sacure. I am satisfied and would purchase again pricey but working well.

Although the AC unit didn’t quite work out for us, customer service was awesome. They processed our refund quickly, and really worked with us to figure out a way to make the unit fit our needs.

Best shower on the market
I saw your product on Hobotech and it looked like the perfect solution to my problem. I ordered it that day and have enjoyed using it ever since. If I have any complaint it is the water pressure and that is a minimal inconvenience. It does the job well.
