Weeks of shipping problems and no support

My experience with BougeRV customer service has been very disappointing.

In May, I purchased a rooftop tent and was later informed that I would need to pay an additional $80 shipping fee because my address was considered a remote delivery area. This was not disclosed before purchase. I attempted to work with the company by providing an alternative business address and spent weeks trying to find a resolution.

While trying to verify whether the website would still offer free shipping to my address, I accidentally placed a second order. I realized the mistake immediately and contacted BougeRV by phone and email within minutes requesting that the entire order be canceled.

Although BougeRV canceled one item from the order, they did not cancel the remaining item despite my request to cancel everything. I continued to email them and clearly stated that I did not want the item. I later received a shipping notification anyway.

When I called customer service, I was told that nothing could be done over the phone, there was no manager available to speak with, and that all communication had to be handled by email.

Based on my experience, communication has been difficult, resolving issues has been frustrating, and there appears to be no effective way to escalate customer concerns.

I am very satisfied with BougeRV

I am very satisfied with BougeRV. There was some confusion about my delivery of a fridge and battery, but this turned out to be completely my own misunderstanding. Customer service agent Abi handled it perfectly. She contacted me immediately in a very friendly and professional manner, and we cleared it up in no time. Great communication, fast service, and a wonderful product!

Ontzettend tevreden over BougeRV. Er was bij ons thuis wat verwarring ontstaan over de levering van de koelkast en de accu, maar dit bleek achteraf volledig een misverstand aan mijn eigen kant te zijn. Medewerkster Abi pakte dit direct heel vriendelijk en professioneel op. De communicatie is snel, de service is top en het product is geweldig!

That portable coffee maker is horrible…

That portable coffee maker is horrible I mean horrible I wouldn't advise anyone to buy it its pretty on the surface but in the most poorly functional product I have ever seen there is no safety on it getting hot and you have no warning on when it's ready to poor it just spills everytime I really want my money back from this awful purchase buyer please beware and run so fast away from this product run

great product great comms

this company had issues with the delivery company but kept us in the know all the way through and said they would send a replacement out but it came so no issues but even then offered compensation for the experience, you cant complain

My unit was shipped with a defective…

My unit was shipped with a defective screen display board, they agreed to ship a replacement board and fortunately, I know how to remove and insstall the new board.

Great products you can depend on...

3 years ago I purchased four 180 Watt solar panels, and mounted them on my van, a year later my DC refrigerator gave out so I purchased one from you, and lately I needed a new DC power cord which I ordered and received very promptly. I've been very pleased with all of your products that I've purchased so far and would recommend your company to anyone and everyone. I have been on the road full time in my van for over 3 years now, and having good, dependable equipment is essential. Keep up the good work.

I’m very impressed with this company

I’m very impressed with this company, I ordered a mobile fridge with the battery, the battery and fridge were sent separately but I didn’t know that until only the battery arrived, I emailed them to find out what was happening and got a immediate and very friendly response with a link to track the fridge which arrived the next day.
I’m using the fridge right now and it’s perfect and I can definitely recommend it to anyone.
