The shipment was delayed months and the pants are cheap, ugly, and do not fit.

Fast delivery, a quality product

The service has been amazing! They were able to send me a new bag right away when my original purchase was sent to the wrong address!

Shipping took longer than expected, bag slightly smaller than expectations, but works well.

The quality of the product is very high. I might say it s the highes standard you can expect. The delivery was in time and everything was fine. Maybe you can use less plastics in the package but anyway i am super happy and thanks that you make what you made

Ordered a product on 11/28 (Black Friday). It never shipped until I sent a support up email on 12/14. Item never arrived so I had to request a refund. I have a Boundary Xpac backpack and the quality is great but their CS is terrible. All the way back to the Kickstarter days. You place an order and never know if it’s going to ship.

I ordered an arclite sling bag and accessories during black Friday. Didn't expect to arrive within two weeks to Thailand. The sling bag has became my daily bag pack replacing my errant bag. The aluminum close hook got scratch since my very first week of using. Better scratch resistance next model would be great.

I found it quite annoying without a cup holder. I sorted of have a work around by using a cup with small handle to hook it with the close hook but it's not that convenient to unpack.

So far great quality bag. Will always be a big fan .

I ordered the Aegis X-Pac duffle bag and then two pairs of the denim pants. It took over 15 months to receive the total order. The customer service was garbage - told me there was nothing I could do and that they could not give me an updated timeline. For a startup, they need to get their s*** together - not acceptable.

Zero information on how to attach the aux compartment. Aux compartment came with 2 different straps with no explanation as to why or how to use them. A cardboard label attached that had enough room for instructions instead housed a link that gave zero installation instructions.
