Recently bought a tumble dryer only for it to sound like someone using a jackhammer in my kitchen. Telephoned immediately to inform them and was told that the engineer was out on a call and would contact me after seeing the video that I sent of the dryer, yet I received no response, I telephoned again the following day to be told that they were all in a meeting but someone would get back to me yet again no one did, paid for someone to come and have a look at it only to find a large piece of plastic stuck down the side of the drum which was causing it to be so noisy. Yet after all this time I have still not heard anything or received a phone call back.

After reading your reply and basically trying to call me a liar which I don’t appreciate I will be more than willing to bring you my receipt and also the piece of plastic that was down the side of the drum, there is also a video which I sent through WhatsApp to the young lady working there showing her the horrendous noise it was making which clearly haven’t been passed on.

I have to say that the whole purchase experience from our store visit to receiving the items has been brilliant. Our corner lounge furniture was custom made and delivered as we were advised. We also received out new American style Fridge/freezer at the same time. The size of the items and the size of our doors proved very problematic to Chris and his staff but they overcame it after spending considerable extra time even unscrewing items from my decking to allow entry through the rear patio doors. The lounge suit is just fantastic and exactly as ordered and the fridge /freezer again is perfect working order. Very happy with our purchases and would not hesitate to recommend Shannon, Chris and the team. First class service.
