Would really like to see all the roof…
Would really like to see all the roof windows cleaned. They are so dirty it is making ( especially the restaurant area) so very dark. NEEDS ATTENTION.

I have just been into the Bourne Valley garden centre and could not fault the service on the service counter, everything sorted and help given where needed
I am a carer and bring my lady most weeks, always great service and my lady loves the ham egg and chips as do I. Andy always goes the extra mile and puts a cheeky smile on my ladies face everytime she sees him!!! Lovely place to visit
Bourne Valley has a lovely selection of items and I've always enjoyed browsing there. But I visited on Thursday and was appalled by the number of staff wearing masks around their chins or with their noses exposed (and this was inside, not outside). There was even a woman working in the clothing section with no mask at all (and no visor). I was disgusted by their lack of concern for the wellbeing of their customers.
My first purchase from Bourne Valley Garden Centre via their website. I had a problem with the product and their customer services dealt with it splendidly. They were extremely efficient, caring and polite. I would have every confidence in ordering from them again.
I go to Bourne Valley Garden Centre quite a lot and have a Loyalty Card. However, on a recent visit, they have de-stocked Garotta Compost maker (which I buy a lot of). They now only sell the Miracle-Gro Compost Maker - this looks like chicken manure pellets, but in my estimation is not nearly as effective as Garotta, which I have used for years. I'm now looking for an alternative place to source Garotta to use on my compost heap. Won't buy the Miracle-Gro version again - I'm also keen to use a British (Northern Irish) company rather than American.
Last year I purchased two expensive topiary box trees for planters. Within a few weeks they were in terrible condition. I went back to Bourne Valley and was told that this was moth infestation. And they said that they would not replace them.
I went for a second opinion at the RHS centre in Wisley who confirmed that moths are a significant issue with box trees in Surrey. They themselves had to destroy quite a few trees in their stock. Interestingly they confirmed that if I had purchased them from Wisley they would have replaced them under their no quibble guarantee.
Clearly Bourne Valley does not operate to the same standards. And as a result I will not be purchasing plants from them again.
