I have ordered about 20 rings this year but, hands down, my favorite online shop is Boutique Ottoman. I just love the quality of the rings and the beautiful designs. I had never heard of Aqeeq before but now I own several. The shopping experience is easy and clear. The often have great sales, discounts and promotions. I highly recommend Boutique Ottoman.

I bought a bracelet, it doesn’t have any shape as a bracelet. Tried to contact them and they said need to send with my expense🙁🙁. Please careful when purchasing from them.

They stole my money, i bought an item and asked for return, and they did not appoint an agent to collect the item from Turkish customs so that they save some money, and they refused to pay me back my money, and even refused to send me another item after it was confiscated by the customs, which they are suppose to handle. the are scammers and the worst service i have ever seen - do not buy from them - i will report them everywhere online

Bought jewelry and returned as the picture and the new jewelry do not match. Went through such a king expensive process of returning and this company won’t refund and will keep LYING about post office and customs- DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I found the process of selecting my ring and ascertaining my finger size and then ordering was very easy and straight forward. The ring was delivered quickly and well packaged. The ring was as described and I was very happy with the purchase.

I was super excited to buy my first Boutique Ottoman jewellery, because of all the positive reviews on their website; and because of how they presented themselves as a reputable jeweller, selling authentic and natural gemstones and they called other Etsy and Ebay jewellers fake, so being naive I trusted the website narrative Boutique Ottoman presented. It was only after I found that they routinely delete negative reviews from their website and any comments that question the authenticity of their gemstones from their Instagram page. Any negative buyer experience on Instagram, they delete and block buyer.

My background: I am an experienced gem collector with 20 plus years of experience. I have experience of buying precious and semi-precious gemstone jewellery from international and national jewellers; from premium brand name jewellers (who give GIA certificates for certain pieces) as well as mall jewellery stores (no GIA or equivalent certificates but good reputation and solid customer service).

However, I am sad to report that my first experience with Boutique Ottoman will be my last. They were incredibly rude and insulting when I merely asked polite and valid questions about their product details, regarding what kind of treatment if any their gemstones have undergone, and if their gemstones are all natural or coated because the gemstone in question didn't look natural to me. Instead of giving any straightforward answer, they were evasive and gaslighted me, and tried to intimidate me to shut me up. I only asked the question twice...after waiting several days for an answer, first red flag when a seller is defensive and tries to get you to stop asking valid questions about any order which you have every right to ask.

Second red flag, their prices are completely different on their own website compared to their Etsy reseller, you can check for yourselves.

Third Red Flag, they claim on their website that their jewellery costs so much because they have professional jewellers certify that their gemstones are authentic and not fake...and hence they pass the cost down to the customer. This would be acceptable only if they were also passing on the third party lab certificate of authenticity to the customer, as is the customer's right if they are passing down the costs to us. Instead, they send us their own brand card stamped with their logo, passing it off as a certificate of authenticity, when it is invalid as a certificate. They can print anything on it, it doesn't have any third party accredited lab verification.

As per their claim that they will issue refund if you submit lab report that their item is fake: they only allow us 30 days to get refund, when you submit your gem to GIA accredited lab or any legitimate third party lab for authentification, it takes the lab up to 2 months (especially GIA is working slowly due to Covid they are backlogged) and it costs $80 dollars for the GIA lab test plus $18 to $35 to mail the item to GIA and get it back. The Boutique Ottoman still refuses to refund you the cost of purchase claiming you were too late. They certainly don't refund you for the cost of the lab tests which proved their item is fake.

Buyers Beware, Boutique Ottoman is not only fraudulent and sells cheap gems for overinflated rates, they lie about their certificate, they don't have third party lab certificate of authenticity, and they won't refund you even when you prove their items are fake. They will gaslight you and be insulting and try to intimidate you. As if their fraud and selling fake stones isn't bad enough, as other reviewers mentioned, their gems routinely fall out of their mount setting, which is shameful for any reputable jeweller to have such poor quality control. Any reputable jeweller will either fix or repair the item free of charge, because it is a quality control issue that should NOT happen in mere 4-5 months after a purchase, shouldn't even happen within 2 years of purchase for normal wear. But Boutique Ottoman has shown they will always make excuses, as you can see from their responses to other customers they mistreated. Boutique Ottoman has shown a pattern of not accepting responsibility for their inferior quality and yet they charge extremely overinflated prices for same exact items which you can buy from Turkey yourself for $13-$50. You can also check this for yourself.
When I posted comment on Boutique Ottoman's Instagram page, they not only deleted my comment but they blocked me. I intend to post screenshots of their responses and my experience with this fraudulent and dishonorable seller, so that others may learn from my horrible experience with them.

Item arrived earlier than expected. The package was professionally and beautifully done, with a warranty card and clean cloth. The ring looks better in real life. Satisfied, and probably gonna buy more in the future.
