The PJ’s were fantastic as always ! I was so disappointed as they did not arrive boxed , as they were for a very kind friend who has been supportive during my 4 week stay in hospital ! I had a fractured my neck ! She always admired my PJ’s ( I have 4 pairs) daughter always buys them for me Christmas and Birthday !
Is it possible to obtain 1 box please !

I bought an emerald Mollie push up bra and a matching thong and they looked beautiful. I loved how confident it made me feel. Delivery was quicker than expected which is always a plus! The quality of the set is good! As a 32F is tricky finding bras that don't pull and pinch but this bra was perfect all I had to do was adjust the straps.
Definitely looking at buying again just in a different colour.

I loved the how helpful the staff are in the shops, the one thing I really didn't like is how pushy the staff are at the till, trying to up sell absolutely everything. Very uncomfortable.

they are very nice, good quality bikinis but I find the band to be small and quite tight, where as other shops they feel ok. Cup size is correct id say but I would maybe size up in bands. I'm still pleased with them and will wear them.

Always buy my wife all her underwear from here. She loves the fit and always says how comfy they all are.

I ordered a size 32, but it didn’t fit at all. I measured the band myself and, even at maximum stretch, it only measured 28 inches.

I’ve ordered from this shop on two separate occasions because I assumed the first item was just a faulty style, but both orders had the same issue. The sizing measurements seem consistently inaccurate.

For items costing over £30 each, I would expect the measurements to match the advertised sizing.

I visited Boux Avenue in Buchanan Galleries, Glasgow today and once again received excellent customer service. They had an item in stock that I’d been trying to get online for weeks without success, so I was delighted to finally find it in store.

I had to laugh when the assistant at the till said, “I know your name — you always shop online and have your orders delivered here!” It really shows the level of customer care and attention they give their customers. Great service and quality products as always..
