Having bought the yellow matching set a few weeks ago and was really pleased with fit the look and lace. I ordered the blue set, which was in the sale a real bargain. Really pleased.

I bought the glamorous Carmine set in pink, the basque, the thong and the pink hold ups, the set looked absolutely perfect on my OH and she was delighted with the fit, the detail and the feel of the set and metioned that it is now her favourite lingerie. Ordering and delivery were fast and efficient

Packaging terrible ! I paid extra for gift wrapping!definitely not worth the extra money spent.
I placed a large order three sets of underwear bought! and they all came in same flimsy box with 3 white rose petals!!
I was expecting individual bags with rose petals in as these were actual gifts!!! Very disappointed with gift wrapping!!

The site is easy to use with good pictures and full descriptions. Always found their bras excellent for shape, comfort & wash well. Quick delivery & no problem to return in the unlikely event something doesn’t suit.

I bought the wrong size bra and so ordered the next size. It was sent out very quickly.

Absolutely the worst experience I ever had!!!
On the website they claimed free return, guess what?
Paid €37,xx for each bra, bought 2 that were too big… the refund? 30,xx each.
Then okay, no vat refund! I couldn’t request the return label and went to chat, an extremely rude agent to whom I asked why they weren’t able to generate a label, and the answer was: I cannot help you!
The label was created, printed, went to DHL, guess what? YOU NEED TO CREATE THE RETURN YOURSELF, and pay for it, which costs around 26€ from the Netherlands.
Came to this store because of a recommendation on Instagram, what a loss of money, time and energy! Would never recommend buying it again, and this was by far my worst experience ordering something online!

Easy site to use, great when there are offers on as it means I can afford to buy some decent lingerie
