I placed a large order three sets of underwear bought! and they all came in same flimsy box with 3 white rose petals!!
I was expecting individual bags with rose petals in as these were actual gifts!!! Very disappointed with gift wrapping!!

Absolutely the worst experience I ever…
Absolutely the worst experience I ever had!!!
On the website they claimed free return, guess what?
Paid €37,xx for each bra, bought 2 that were too big… the refund? 30,xx each.
Then okay, no vat refund! I couldn’t request the return label and went to chat, an extremely rude agent to whom I asked why they weren’t able to generate a label, and the answer was: I cannot help you!
The label was created, printed, went to DHL, guess what? YOU NEED TO CREATE THE RETURN YOURSELF, and pay for it, which costs around 26€ from the Netherlands.
Came to this store because of a recommendation on Instagram, what a loss of money, time and energy! Would never recommend buying it again, and this was by far my worst experience ordering something online!

I needed an E cup size but it wasn’t available, so I sized down to DD. Now I’m getting quad boob and the shape looks weird on top of my clothes. Please consider making 28E high plunge push- up bras, I’m badly in need of them. But the quality is really good 👍🏻

Turned a bad experience in different shop into a lovely experience in Boux
Visited Lounge this morning in St David's Center in Cardiff who's service was awful so I walked out and visited Boux a few doors done. As soon as I walked in a member of staff called Rebecca asked if I was OK and if I need help. I explained what I needed which was basically skin tones TShirt bra. She took me over to the section and explained the different styles you had. I wasn't convinced you would have my size but you did and I was surprised you went up so high in store.
A lovely experience from start to finish and Rebecca made me feel so much better about myself after a horrible experience in Lounge 2 mins earlier.

I ordered my size bra that I ALWAYS…
I ordered my size bra that I ALWAYS wear and there was no way the strapless bra I ordered from here was going to fit me. I haven't re-ordered as I think I'd have to up size by at least 2 sizes. I measure 36" around my band, that was what I ordered, but this was sooooo small.
The returns process was smooth.
