Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish even when I didn’t like my frames, which i returned and ordered completely different frames. No problems at all and new glasses returned within 4 days of sending ..
Mark I cannot thank you enough just wished I lived nearer to actually visit the shop in person. Will definitely be using again next year. Oh and saved me a over 50 pounds the frames I had seen and been quoted elsewhere .. thank you 😊

I was a little cautious about ordering my varifocals from Bowden. However the service has been great and when a repair was required I received the glasses back in 48 hours. Absolutely brilliant.

Really good service. Easy to contact and was very helpful on the phone when I needed to check something. There was about a 60% saving on what I had been quoted on the high street and the glasses arrived in just over a week. Would definitely recommend

This was the first time that I’ve purchased spectacles online and the whole process has been first class throughout. The choice of frames is plentiful and affordable but the absolute winner is the support from Mark, who makes sure everything is correct and keeps you informed. Received glasses within 5 days and they’re superb. I’ll now be ordering my readers … I highly recommend Bowden’s for knowledge, customer service and choice.

I’ve ordered varifocals online before from another online store, but the lenses always seemed a little off. Bowdens stocked the frames I loved (Aspinal), and the service was brilliant. Frames sent out for photos to align the varifocals, and I received a week later. Perfect fit, and the varifocal are aligned correctly. My vision is restored!! Great service from start to finish, I was kept updated on my order and found the staff very friendly and helpful. I’m new to wearing glasses so the thought of ordering online initially was daunting, but I needn’t of worried.
