First of all, was a great sale price! The site was very easy to navigate. It took me longer to write this review, than it did to order the revolution.

I live in Southeast Alaska, even if shipping wont go as far as our state, we have e a Barge system, "freight forwarding". But reasoning behind not fulfilling my order is it was like shipping to a company and not an individual, but same could be said about using UPS. Second it might void the warranty, even though its their job like any other shipping company, as well as anyone who accepts a package accepts the condition it arrived in. I was excited to finally buy one of these, but feel let down without any solid reasoning that I believe should prevent my purchase, and a special circumstance or someone willing to work with me to help me purchase this home gym setup would be great, rather than a supervisor saying no without trying to go higher in the chain to figure out if the buck stops there.

I’ll never buy bow flex again. Recalled my $500 dumbbells. I sent them back received a $120 credit. So buying the same weighted ones now are $800 on top of the $380 I lost on my old ones returned.

Very easy to place order and the $500 really motivated me to move forward with my purchase

Online shopping experience at Bowflex for Xtreme home gym was great again (recently purchased a treadmill)! Their site is very informative and the Xtreme home gym was on sale at good value price point. Ordering process is easy and efficient.

So far, I’m very impressed with the ease of purchase. Not sure the ETA of delivery though.😎

Worst customer service of all time. I have been waiting on a box for a safety recall since 06/2025. I keep reaching out and they keep telling me they don't have an update. I am not allowed to print my own label or ship the safety recalled product back in my own box. I would never purchase a product from this company again. They are great at taking your money, but terrible at standing behind their product when it is a safety recall. So, I have had their product for almost a year and I am told not to use it for safety reasons, but they will not allow the safety recall to move forward.

It took a long while to get my recall accepted and replaced, but it was received as promised. I haven’t had any problems outside the recall replacement.

I ordered an elliptical a few minutes ago. I received this email to rate you on how you did but I haven’t even received a confirmation email for my order. Seems a little backwards. It really bothers me that companies are so concerned about ratings but should be more focused on service first.

Nicole was an amazing customer service representative. She went way and beyond what is normal in sales. She has definitely made my experience shopping with Bowflex the best ever. Give her a raise before someone else steals her from you.

Site doesn’t take Apple Pay

My welcome50 code did not work when trying to order my treadmill. Customer service told me I had to call Sales, and I even questioned that but she assured me they could help me. When I got to sales, because it was financed, he could not cancel it. He told me I may need to call customer service for a credit after the fact. As a new customer, can you imagine how stressful this became? Three calls in one day and a extended hold. I expect this from a lower brand at times, but not Bowflex.The lady and gentlemen were nice, but getting my issue resolved was the goal and that did not happen.

Ive tried to order the same item 3x and I am hoping I can complete it this time. If not, this may drop to 1 star...

Already working out! Shipping was extremely fast. Assembly manual was helpful along with the video that is available online for set up! Now to get in shape!
