Best customer service around
Ordered from BPerfect a number of times as well as buying in-store. Customer care is always excellent. Unfortunately last night I completed my online order before I had finished adding everything I wanted. I sent an email asking for it to be cancelled and refunded so I could re order with everything included, thinking I had no hope of a response or quick response (it's black Friday and I want to re order while black Friday prices are still available). By 7.40am this morning I had a lovely email from Ann and a full refund for my order. Brilliant service. Thank you.
Bad delivery time and can’t track delivery
I order a couple of times of year for birthdays and Xmas . This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience tbf. I have a birthday tomorrow which is why I ordered it in the first place . It says 2-5 working days and what makes the situation worse is I can’t even track the order. Emailed Wednesday got a reply quick enough 20 mins and since then no one has gotten back to me. I will be sending back if it’s not here tomorrow .

I recently ordered from B Perfect and while there was a slight issue with delivery — the lid had come off and the Instant Tan had sprayed inside the box — I was really impressed with how quickly the team resolved it. I messaged B Perfect and received a response in under 24 hours, with a replacement item promptly arranged.
Beyond the great customer service, I’ve also used their Development Tan and can honestly say I highly recommend it. The colour develops beautifully, lasts well, and gives a natural glow that’s easy to wear.
Overall, despite the minor hiccup with delivery, the quality of the products and the efficiency of the customer support make B Perfect a brand I’ll continue to use and recommend.
