I had an issue with my Parcel, I emailed customer service and Deborah got back to me really quickly and sorted my issue! BPerfect customer service is A*

There was an Error with my order and Deborah replied straight away to my email and got the issue sorted for me she was a great help ☺️

I made an order the other night, I made a mistake with some of the delivery information and emailed straight away to see if it could be fixed, by the next morning the lovely Deborah had emailed back with the problem fixed! Thank you again Deborah!

Ordered from BPerfect a number of times as well as buying in-store. Customer care is always excellent. Unfortunately last night I completed my online order before I had finished adding everything I wanted. I sent an email asking for it to be cancelled and refunded so I could re order with everything included, thinking I had no hope of a response or quick response (it's black Friday and I want to re order while black Friday prices are still available). By 7.40am this morning I had a lovely email from Ann and a full refund for my order. Brilliant service. Thank you.
