I purchased the mascara online, but when it arrived the brush was broken. I contacted customer service, and Ann quickly assisted me by taking the details and arranging a replacement. Their response was prompt and very helpful—great service overall Thanks to all!

I visited B Perfect today at Glasgow Fort as I was looking for a new foundation I was met by Gemma who was very welcoming and polite. Nothing was a problem she made me feel very relaxed and listened to what I was looking for. She tried several shades on my skin and never rushed me into a decision for her she wanted me to be happy with my choice. I have always used Estee Lauder however the Matt Chrome is definitely my new foundation going forward. I would highly recommend Gemma to anyone looking for new cosmetics as she takes time to listen and never rushes you into making a decision.

I had a couple of issues with deliveries and absent free gifts, I contacted customer service and I found the lady Robyn that I was dealing with was super efficient and solved the issues and sent me out the missing items straight away. She was very helpful and her response time was amazing.

I ordered Mrs glam 10’second tan. When I opened it I discovered it was green. I emailed customer services and Robyn replaced it. I had the new bottle within days. Very impressed with customer services.

Went to foxes pharmacy Birr Co.Offaly today to get a skin analysis. Linda was absolutely out of this world. Best foundation and concealer match i’ve gotten. Service was outstanding, she was so gentle with me and polite. Would recommend Linda to anyone.

After having a missing product from my bundle the lovely Deborah kindly and swiftly had one sent out to me along with another order I had placed the following day, thanks Deborah

Emailed BP.as my free gift (lip pencil) was faulty. CS representative called Deborah sorted it out and sent me another one. Really pleased with their customer service. Would recommend.

I bought some foundation which I should have received a free brush with, unfortunately I didn't receive it. I emailed them and I received an email almost immediately and promised to send the brush. I received it 2 days later. So in my opinion the customer service is brilliant can not fault that kind of service.

I'm not great with make up had no idea what to put on and how to do it but went to your store in tallaght and Louise was amazing to work with. She done my make up and showed me the process as she was doing it. I left feeling great and a new make up kit. Will definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family. Thanks again Louise

Popped into bperfect store in Newtownards recently and had a fab make over by Ebony. She advised me on the shades and products which would enhance my skin and boy did she know her stuff. She was bubbly, chatty, knowledgeable and made me feel amazing when I left the store with my new products. Thanks Ebony

Emailed be perfect re a -faulty product , A lady called Ann looked after me and its all sorted. My replacement is on the way . I Purchased this product in Dunnes stores, and they would not help me. I went directly to the company Be Perfect, and i am very happy with their service . Look forward to receiving my package later on this week . Customer care staff member Ann was very helpful and came straight back to me . Great service .
