Feedback on instore experience in Blanchardstown
I want to address this as it’s not the first time this has happened. I genuinely love the Bperfect brand, the collaborators involved, and the owner himself — it’s a brand I truly support.
Unfortunately, my experiences in the Blanchardstown store have not reflected this standard. On multiple visits, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, with staff appearing disengaged and lacking approachability. Certain interactions and non-verbal behaviour made the experience uncomfortable, which is disappointing compared to the professionalism the brand represents elsewhere.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as this appears to be an in-store customer service issue rather than a reflection of the brand as a whole

l ordered a product from this company before Christmas, but when I went to use it, it unfortunately didn't work. I reached out to customer service just to inform them and was hoping to either return it or get a replacement. The lady I was in contact with, her name is Ann. She was incredibly kind and went above and beyond by offering a replacement without requiring me to return the faulty product. I truly appreciate her thoughtful and prompt assistance. It's rare to receive such excellent customer service, and I’m grateful for the smooth, hassle-free experience. Can't fault customer service the pump didn't work initially, but I was told how to fix that really promptly . I'm ordering a slightly darker shade,as the one I chose was just a bit too light, I love the texture and coverage of the foundation.

I literally messed up my address
I literally messed up my address, I have auto filled forms for years, so expected my full address to be there, well I was wrong it never put my house number, no idea why, but I got complacent and thought it did, so that's on me, but luckily this company was responsive, polite and dealt with the issue with no fuss at all, and im currently awaiting the arrival of my stuff, I offered to pay the second lot of postage but they never charged me, so thankyou very much, I will definitely buy again and will definitely check the address details are all presant and correct

I had a fantastic experience with the bPerfect Cosmetics customer care team member Ann. She was extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. My issue was handled quickly and efficiently, and it was resolved ASAP with clear communication throughout. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer service – a real credit to the brand!
Overall happy with service and products
Order delivered, one item missing from order, however when contacting customer service they were quick to help and it was sent out straight away. Love the brushes, foundation is slightly lighter than my Estée Lauder which I put in the colour match. Looks lovely with bronzer though and rather be too light than too dark as easier to sort. I always have no issues with my orders and they always come on time with no damage or missing items.
Just before Christmas I ordered the Saoirse and Mamma set and after a week or two no sign of it arriving, with the time of year it may have got lost.
I emailed customer service and have to say Deborah was a great help, replied to me very quickly and I had a replacement set within a day or 2 and it was perfect
