What a crap company and product. I bought a sink drainer and hoped it would last given the price. Over time it got dirty so I soaked it in the sink to clean it. When I removed it the paint had faded to a milky white colour, so I reported it to the company. They initially stated it was limescale, which it isn’t, then they insisted I produced the receipt, even though it was purchased over a year ago. They have done everything to they can to avoid honouring their warranty for a two bit over priced shoddy sink drainer. I would avoid this company and not recommend their products. Avoid avoid avoid.

Bought a Wallfix collapsable Clothes drier in preparation for moving to a new house. Unfortunately the house move was delayed for a couple of months. One of the arms broke 1 month before the guarantee ended and Brabantia flatly refused as it was purchased 2 months before we moved. They even refused to enter into any conversation or view any proof we had about the house move or installatio of the drier.
Brabantia products are some of the most expensive on the market and with paying that price I expected a better quality product and certainly a far better quality of customer care.

Just received this from Dunelm impossible to see how difficult this is to use without opening up and placing in the ground. Firstly this is well made and appears robust. Unfortunately to operate you should be aware you run the risk of hanging yourself fighting the mechanism to get it up. My wife an OAP has reduced strength in her upper arms and struggled to get this thing up. Myself also retired found the upper slider was very hard to operate to get the line to tighten. Would not recommend to anyone with lowered strength in their upper body. Unable to return to Dunelm as it has been opened. Will be ordering the equivalent from Addis which we had previously operates with a simple lever much better design and £30 less from Robert Dyas.

Product quality and customer service second to none

I have given Brabantia 5 Stars due to having a problem with the catchment of my 23 Litre Bin as it would not close.

And, I received exceptional service from Jo, who kindly replaced the whole lid as a gesture of goodwill and even sent the catchment as well.

That is what I call service.

Ordered a Topspinner from Amazon in July which broke within three uses - two of the washing lines detached from the arms.
Contacted Jo in August through email and got a replacement organised and sent out within a few days. Customer service experience was speedy and efficient and I was regularly updated with the progress.
Replacement product has been used multiple times since this, with no further breakages.
Very satisfied with both the product and the customer service. Would recommend.

if i could only could give this company zero stars, It appears they have one or 2 people in customer service max who take it in turns to give customers a hard time, I bet they high five each other when they refuse a customers warranty and they are terrible on warranty if you don't have your receipt after all these years who does!! . So going forward I intend to buy Binopolis or simplehuman products

I had a problem with my liftomatic 50M rotary dryer in that it would not fully open. I emailed Brabantia with the problem and attached photos and proof of purchase. The next working day I received a response from Sasha. I took her advice that one of the lines maybe tangled in the rotary arm. This I worked on and the dryer then fully opened.

Brabantia customer service is second to none. They respond to emails promptly, always concise and polite. Products I have used are of excellent quality and hard wearing. Highly recommended.

This is a great looking lunchbox made from stainless steel, unfortunately it states that its 'No spills - secure click closing.' on their website, this is not true. I bought four of these and they all leaked because the catches don't all lock securely. not worth purchasing if you intend to put a salad in it for lunch!

Excellent products backed by a long warranty if any problems should arise. Very happy with my Brabantia kitchen products and their customer service.

Ordering was easy. Immediate confirmation & email from Brabantia and a text from the Courier giving adelivery date. Great I thought. Alas no, the delivery date came & went, I contacted Brabantia and they supposedly checked with the courier and it was out for delivery the day after. That date too came and went. Three days after the original delivery date the parcel turned up. Despite asking Brabantia after the first non delivery why the parcel hadn't turned up and when it would be delivered, they failed to answer the queries. In addition the items are not the quality they used to be. Disappointing.

Really impressed with Brabantia. Purchased a bin from them in 2017 mostly because it is a Dutch brand (!). While the products are a bit more expensive than alternatives, the product guaruntees make it completely worth it. Unfortunately the soft close mechanism stopped working 8 years into owning a bin with a 10 year guaruntee. Brabantia committed to repairing or replacing the bin. It's great that a company stands by their design and craftsmanship, and provides this guaruntee for many years. Really impressive, will stay loyal to this brand!

The Brabantia website was very easy to use. Easy on the eye. It has detailed descriptions as to the size of the item for example, the Rotary Dryers and the Ironing Boards so you know exactly the size and weight of the item you are looking at. The warranty at 5 years is outstanding.

It helped me, so I could find a Rotary Dryer that fitted my back garden that I could lift on my own. I am 5ft 4 and weigh just over 8 stone. The diagrams and photos helped a lot.

I was kept informed of delivery of the Rotary Essential 40m every step of the way. The Rotary Dryer came perfectly packaged with a cover included, which was a nice surprise. By the way I love the Rotary Essential dryer. I purchased the Rotary Dryer 25/06/25 and only recently put it up as I was having work done on my roof and did not want it damaged.

Thank you for a lovely dryer that surpassed my expectations. The previous one lasted over 20 years, unbranded I am hoping this one will too.

I love the Brabantia soap dispenser I purchased. It looks wonderful in my newly remodeled kitchen and provides a sleek container for my kitchen and hand soap. I had a small issue and the customer service office took care of my issue quickly. I am very impressed with the assistance they provided.

Outstanding customer service. A breath of fresh air

We had a problem with a Brabantia rotary clothes line and contacted Brabantia to resolve it. They very rapidly resolved the issue and arranged an exchange for a new one. The first one was collected and new one provided.
All this was organised by Jo in a very professional manner and we are very grateful for her efforts.

Excellent after sales service for a very good product - an excellent rotary lift-o-matic dryer.

I purchased a new airer and when delivered I noticed that the strap securing the lines was damaged. I emailed customer services and received a quick response with the end result a spare part is in the post. Very impressed
