Unfortunately my Bramblecrest replacement parasol pole doesn’t fit my parasol . My parasol is about 8years old. There was only 1 size pole on offer .So I cannot use my parasol 😩

Seat covers fit perfectly. We have had our garden furniture a few years so wasn't sure we would be able to get some to fit, but after trying a friend's Bramblecrest covers, found they were perfect.
Very pleased with them. Great in yesterdays rain. Good prompt delivery

What an excellent, well built parasol. It’s already had a lot of use in our South facing garden. Upgrading to the wheeled base was an excellent decision.
Delivery team were friendly and efficient.
Looking forward to many years of use and will be back when I need some outdoor furniture next year.

great service form the customer services as I had needed to replace covers for a corner unit that was discontinued but they guided me to the correct one from my order number, I was kept updated as it was not in stock for a short time but once in stock we got them delivered. the new ones are much lighter in weight so easy to use and much nicer. thank you

Furniture cover was not as good a quality as the previous same cover we had bought from Bramblecrest

Ordered replacement for lower pole of IKEA parasol. Absolutely hopeless and useless. Did not in any way resemble the item or how it worked. Inaccurate information. Had to pay to return it which cost more than half the price of the item.
Caveat emptor. Don’t buy from the website unless you can guarantee it’s the correct product and don’t believe what they say.
Am removing my details from their website.

We only bought the covers direct from Bramblecrest as we had to buy our cocoon chairs via a 3rd party….. but if you are thinking of getting the triple hanging cocoon chairs then do!
We bought 2 of them so we didn’t fight over them - and now we can both stretch out and read in perfect comfort.

My communication with Leesa (customer service) was excellent. She resolved an issue with our newly purchased umbrella in a timely, fair, friendly and professional manner. A really good experience. Thank you

Great Service Experience from Bramblecrest Customer Support (Tracey)

We have bought a number of items from Bramblecrest directly and have always been delighted with both the quality of the product and the helpful staff.

This week I needed some help with a technical query around a spare part and Tracey was excellent in both researching the issue and in providing a solution. It is so refreshing to be able to speak directly to a manufacturer and get the kind of personal, timely customer service which is all too often lacking these days.

Full marks to Tracey and Bramblecrest!

Litchfield Parasol not fit for purpose.
I contacted Bramblecrest with video evidence to show the unit was creaking and very noisy in the lightest of breezes. Only to be condescendingly, thanked for my video and the Litchfield is OK in winds of up to 39 to 49Km/Hr. And as there appears to be no structural damage, just keep an eye on it and spray silicon lubricant onto the mechanism as that often helps. and to contact the local seller.... So Bramblecrest, are about as useful as a chocolate teapot. I explained in my email i had already done everything they recommended with no success and was looking for help from Bramblecrest as the unit was so noisy it was pointless putting it up. I consider it a complete waste of money and if I could give it back and get a refund I would. Comparing the Litchfiled to a much cheaper option; the cheaper option is silent in a strong breeze. My advice is, don't buy from Bramble crest there products are no better than cheaper rivals. We have bramblecrest rattan furniture that is showing poor weather resistance with toggle loops disintegrating.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON BRAMBLECREST.

In response to the Bramblecrest reply:- One of your colleagues did get in touch, and was very unhelpful, another of your colleagues got in touch and pointed me to the retailer, who I accept replaced the unit with a display unit and this is broken. I am now in limbo waiting for Bramblecrest to contact the retailer in the hope I get a replacement. If i do not and if the replacement fails I will request a full refund as it clearly is not fit for purpose!. So, at this moment in time, my advice still stands, don't buy Bramblecrest, the quality is just not there!

Purchased a garden parasol assembly by Bramble crest employees. After 4 weeks it has blown over in a simple summer breeze, one of the granite blocks has broken and some other damage caused. It’s Sunday so I don’t know how good Bramblecrest support will be.
If you do buy from them, if you need to benefit from their guarantee, you need to Register your purchase within 28 days. That’s a sneaky way to do business

Good quality garden furniture, good online experience when buying a tailored cover to go on it, and then really helpful customer support when I needed to obtain a part long after I bought the set
