Wanted to order event toilets for our villages annual event. Submitted the request. Contacted by customer service advisor Keeley and told to open a trade account, but the online form wouldn't allow us to. Was then informed by Keeley that we do not qualify for a trade account so now have to look elsewhere for toilet hire. Apparently, they no longer offer cash hire only trade account hire.
A good way to lose a lot of business. Who in Brandon Hire Station is in charge of this business model?

What has happened to this company?? They used to be very helpful. After many years trading, we are now advised we have to wait 2 weeks to open an account before being able to hire a tower. No good for us for an emergency job starting Monday.

Completed all the documents for opening an account. Had emails back to confirmed all signed, then silence. Tried the customer service number, to be given an number no-one answers, because of staff changes.
Then no one answers a second number I get given, only emails. Already tried that!! need to hire for 2 days time, started the account opening process over a month ago!
How are companies meant to use you if we can't even get a response.

awful company. lazy and inept. missed an entire day when they didn't show up with the equipment. the excuse was that the van had been stuck in mud. i've been fighting to get the cost of the day back and have yet to be recompensed for the pads that i handed back. never again.

Attempted to order a solid tine lawn aerator 26/11/25. Ordered online, allocated to Canning Town Branch. The wrong aerator with hollow tines was delivered (which in addition was non-operational with a defective engine and overdue service check). Delivery of correct machine scheduled for following day, found out on chasing Canning Town branch delivery was cancelled due to a company meeting. Rescheduled delivery to following day (Friday); on chasing on the Friday was told by Canning Town branch they could not tell me when it would be delivered "because I was not a priority customer". Asked to speak to manager and was then told that they could not deliver correct machine until Monday: This was too late for me as back at work. Had refund progressed OK by Bristol call centre and have today receiver a request for overdue payment from their debts department! Words fail me. The delivery drivers were good and my interactions with Bristol help centre OK, otherwise completely shambolic experience which wasted a lot of time and energy, plus did not get my lawn aerated!

Absolutely appalling experience with this 'company'. We are a business and on Nov 21st, we ordered and paid for a tower to be delivered to a customer site for our engineers on 1st December. Whilst our engineers were waiting on site for the tower to arrive, I had a voicemail from Brandon saying that our tower would not be delivered as they no longer dealt with cash customers. No prior warning or call to let us make another plan, just a call on the day. The customer had taken the day off for the job (log burner install) so was livid and our loss for a wasted day was over £520. No follow up apology, compensatory offer or anything. Disgusting and unprofessional at the least. Luckily we contacted SAB Hire and they were able to get a tower on site the next day for us. My advice is do not rely on Brandon if it's an important job.
