I honestly cannot recommend **Alex at Brayley Honda Enfield** highly enough. His service was genuinely exceptional from start to finish — and even after I drove away!

I was under huge pressure as my lease car was due to be returned that week, having already been without it for two weeks after breaking down on the motorway. With two children at home for the summer holidays, I desperately needed to find a reliable replacement quickly.

We visited Brayley Honda Enfield after finding a Honda HR-V at their Ely branch. By complete chance, Alex happened to walk outside and ask if we needed help. From that moment, he went **above and beyond**.

He personally liaised with Ely, arranged for the car to be transferred to Enfield and, incredibly, **collected it himself over the weekend** so we could test drive it on the Monday.

Throughout the entire process, Alex was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, friendly and reassuring. He explained everything clearly, answered every question and never once pressured us into buying. He genuinely understood the difficult situation I was in and worked incredibly hard to make sure everything was completed in time for me to have a car when my lease ended.

On collection day, the car was beautifully prepared and Alex went above and beyond yet again — helping me connect my phone, programming the radio, explaining the controls and even driving the car to the exit so I didn't have to navigate the busy dealership car park.

And it didn't end there. **Alex contacted me afterwards simply to check that everything was okay and that I didn't need any further help.**

That says everything about him.

He didn't just sell me a car — **he genuinely cared about helping me.** His kindness, professionalism, knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile turned what could have been an incredibly stressful experience into a smooth and enjoyable one.

Very friendly reception staff. Video I was sent by the engineer showing the wear on a tyre was also helpful My only complaint would be that the technical sheet is a bit difficult to follow as this was the first time I have had to deal with this.

It didn't start well as I pay for a cover plan which mine offers a courtesy car but due to the low amount of cars allocated to the branch this was not available on the day of the service without any reimbursement.
When I arrived to drop off my car the ladies at the front desk were very polite in handling the check-in, I confirmed that I would get a call early afternoon to give me ample time to return by public transport to collect my car. They kept to their word also giving me a quote for some extra work that I had enquired about.

Nice people to deal with, very helpful staff that offer you unbiased advice on any enquiry you happen to ask, I fully trust this company 5* all the way!!!

I bought and took away a 3-year-old ‘Honda Approved’ CR-V on 30th October 2025.
Within hours of driving the car the tyre pressure warning light came on.
I drove to a local garage and checked all the tyre pressures, and all was OK.
Whilst doing this, I noticed, for the first time, that none of the 4 tyres on the CR-V matched. They were all different brands which is, these days, considered very bad practice.
May I remind you; this is a “Honda Approved car.”
Anyhow, I rang the Brayley dealership and was told that the tyre pressure light came on because the car had been standing unused on the Brayley forecourt for a short while, I was then told how to reset the warning light via the in-car menu.
Over the next nine months the light came on 6 or 7 times, which I would repeatedly have to reset, so when the car went in for its annual service today, I pointed out the problem to the Service Team with the tyre pressure warning light.
After their inspection the Brayley Service team tells me the tyre pressure warning light keeps coming on because, yes, you guessed it, the four tyres are all different.
Moreover, the service team tells me I should have “at least matching tyres on the same axle" because mismatched tyres on the same axle can cause instability and is potentially dangerous.
I tell the Service team that this is how the car was sold to me, by Brayleys, nine months ago; so they then ring the Brayley Sales Team and ask would they cover the cost of 2 tyres so that at least there are matching tyres on the same axle thus complying with standard accepted practices.

The sales team say “No”
