Oliver was helpful, kind and efficient. He was a pleasure to deal with. He has a lovely manner about him - no pushy sales man just someone you felt you could trust. He explained every aspect of leasing a brand new Kia to us. He was very patient. When I came to pick up the car he kindly took time to show me how everything worked before I drove away.
