What stuck out to me the most was how helpful the agent I was speaking with was! Keri made sure that her communication was clear and she was also nice which was really pleasant. The website is also very detailed and easy to function with all the necessary information and visuals present and not difficult to find

Student Housing - Victoria
After a long process with our Student housing, Victoria graciously agreed to let us view the house we will be moving into in July - with B&B. Not only did she welcome us and make us feel immediately comfortable and excited in what will be our home, she gave us a full run-down and tour of how everything is run. Without hesitation, Victoria answered all of our questions and left us at ease with, and excited to move into the house. Victoria was friendly, kind and her communication with us has been excellent. Pretty good
My son rented a really nice house and smooth process to sign up and move in. Slightly annoying that the ohones werent picked up just before they were due to move in when we had some problems with right to rents but they did message and say they were really busy and to messge and to be fair they did then get back to us. Pretty responsive during the year when there were some problems with neighbours and always nice staff. Pretty good overal and would recommend.

I lived at one of their properties until recently for about 6 months. Ran away as soon as i could. Very shady. They were late with the key for a week when I was moving in. Its been more than a month since ive left the property now they ask me to pay some extra £230 for some reason even though all my due are cleared. I paid it out the sheer need of not wanting a headache arguing with them. They are very slow to respond to any problems. Read the agreement with them properly because i had to call them out on a few random clauses in there. All in all avoid if possible

We’d like to clarify that the £230 charge you mentioned was for council tax, which is a requirement for tenants who are not full-time students. This is a government fee passed directly to the local council, not a charge set by us.
Regarding the key issue — we completely understand how frustrating that must’ve been. While there was a short delay in getting your personal key delivered, please note that a spare key was always available for you to use during that time to ensure you still had access to the property.
Regarding the tenancy agreement — we always encourage tenants to review the terms and reach out with any questions, and we’re happy to explain anything that’s unclear.
